Question: Why do I have to wait for a parking space?
Answer: There is a large need for parking spaces. Especially in the more popular regions the queues are long and the turnover small.

Question: Where can I return accessories after parking contract has ended?
Answer: Accessories need to returned to Ruoholahden Pysäköinti Oy/ Realia Isännöinti Oy, Suolakivenkatu 1, kolmas kerros, 00810 HELSINKI (open Monday to Thursday 9-15 and Friday 9-14).

Question: I work in Ruoholahti and would like to rent a parking space from you. Is this possible?
Answer: Unfortunately not. According to our terms of service, we let parking spaces only to habitants of the Ruoholahti district. You can enquire parking spaces from Ruohoparkki Oy.

Question:What does safety deposit mean?
Answer: The deposit is a fee collected at the beginning of the lease agreement. The size of the fee is two months’ rent. The deposit fee will be returned at the end of the contract period.

Question: Are there electricity sockets in all outside parking spaces?
Answer: Yes.

Question:Me and my acquaintance have parking spaces in different regions of Ruoholahti. We would like to exchange places between us. Is it possible?
Answer:Unfortunately not. The client is in an agreement with Ruoholahden Pysäköinti.

Question: I would need a parking space for a visitor. Can I get a week long lease from Ruoholahden Pysäköinti for her?
Answer:Ruoholahden Pysäköinti only handles long term leasing. The minimum lease period is three months.

Question:Does Ruoholahden Pysäköinti lease sheltered outside parking spaces?
Answer:No. Our parking spaces are either by the street, in a yard or inside a parking hall.

Question: Does the lease cover only the assigned parking space?
Answer: Yes. You may only use the parking space assigned to you. The only exception to this rule is Ruohoparkki hall where there are no numbered spaces.

Question: Do you have parking spaces for the handicapped?
Answer:Unfortunately we cannot provide any places designed especially for handicapped parking

Question: Who is responsible for parking control?
Answer: The City of Helsinki

Question: How can I end the leasing agreement?
Answer: With the provided termination form. The termination period is one month.

Question: Can I terminate my agreement before the one month termination period because there is a queue to the parking spaces?
Answer: You cannot end the agreement before the one month termination period. The period starts on the first day of the following month after you submit the termination form. For example if you hand in the form on the 18th of June, the termination period ends on the 31th of July.o
